I am 5'6\" 168 lbs. The large is perfect. A medium would be too small. They are so soft and comfortable and have pockets for phone or cards. They are supportive and flattering on my stomach too. Wore them to walk in the street this morning and got lots of compliments from strangers.

I recently visited Rome in the blazing heat and settled on these pants to wear during the day. They're breathable, but not see through, and I was able to wear normal nude underwear with no visibility. I loved them so much and wore them for a full day of train/plane travel. I'm a true size 12 and ordered the L and XL to try. Kept the XL for more comfort and they are the perfect size. Love them!

I use these pants for working out and hanging around the house. They are lightweight but not see through or cheap feeling. They do have a bit of shine to them but not a lot. The fit is great- hugs the waist, hip and thigh and then has just the right of boot cut from knee down. I feel enough compression in the waist to wear with a cropped top or a tunic would work well too.

I am 5’4 and 190 bought X-Large loose fitting very comfortable.
