Dress Up or Down?

The dress is beautiful. The sizing was perfect. I bought a medium. It is very flowy and lightweight. The fabric is soft and comfortable to wear. I love that it has a bottom skirt. It looks very cute with the Gene jacket. There are so many options for pairing this dress. I sew my own clothes so the quality of the skirt is excellent. I couldn't buy material like this with the money I spent on the dress. This dress is so perfect!
